Title: Managing director

Music Taste: Mainly soul & funk both old & new, also quality house music, and listen to BBC radio 6 most days to keep up with all current alternative stuff. Can't wait to goto see the Stone Roses in June. Oh, and there's always loads of local stuff I love too! (But I would say that)

What I love about Music: Music is part of most people's lives and it touches everyone in many different ways. Personally, it makes me happy when I need it most, sometimes it helps me sleep and it makes me dance too, there are so many emotions and memories I have which are linked to music.

What I love about Music: The songs that mean the most to me tend to have lyrics I can relate to sometimes. I love that music can fit my mood or even change it, depending on what I'm listening to.

Music Taste: I have a pretty eclectic taste in music but The Smiths, The Cure, Joy Division, Arcade Fire, Daft Punk, Aretha Franklin, Talking Head and The Beautiful South (of course).

What I love about music: I think music can touch people on different levels, but it always reaches people in one way or another. I love how a song or an album can reflect how you feel at a certain point in your life. Being incapable of listening to something until your fully over it or a song always reminding you of 'that time'. I think music is the perfect marker of all the important events in your life.

Name: Seb Otigbah

Title: A&R, In-House Producer, Music Business Consultant

Music Taste: At the moment i am into alot of Progressive House & alot of Hip Hop / R n B, also partial to a bit Marvin Gaye, and music with lots of melodies and chords..like choirs and strings.

What I love about Music: I love the way the bass rumbles every atom in your body and send shivers down your spine. I also love the way a melody can grab your imagination and release a flood of emotions without warning, just the ordinary stuff really.

What I love about music: I love listening to all types of music on a night to wind me down.

What I love about Music: It prevents me having to listen to other people's conversations on the bus.

What I Love About Music: It's great for escapism, it brings people together and if you're particularly lonely, it's your best friend. And you can dance to it.

Music Taste: Everything and anything, but if I had to narrow it down it would indie rock and folk. Dinosaur Pile Up are my current favourites.

What I Love About Music: I love live music, it's the best way to experience it. I also love finding new music and being able to share it with people.
