We have 16 rehearsal rooms in total with 10 available as empty rooms and can be hired on a weekly or monthly basis with access from 9am to 10pm 7 days per week. Current residents include: The Futureheads, Perfect Little Circles, Masamune, Real Davina, Alfresco Mantis, Nexilva, Ashes Of Iron, A Thousand Lies and Maps Are Fiction.
Our 16 regular soundproofed, acoustically treated rehearsal rooms are available to hire from 9am to 10pm, 7 days per week. Each room comes with a full drum kit (Pearl, Premier) and P.A system with mics, stands and leads. A range of guitar and bass amps (Fender, Marshall, Ashdown) and cymbal sets can also be hired for a little extra. We also have recording studios in a variety of sizes to suit any client and any budget. We can offer live recording of your rehearsal session in any of our other rooms and even offer a mobile recording service at your gig, venue, school, college or office. For more info go to recording studios
We have a wide range of services available in our aim to develop music in Sunderland. With our wealth of experience and valuable contacts around the country, we have always been on hand to offer help and advice to any band, artist or local music business.
