The Bunker has signed up to Affilyon, a simple, effective, and easily implemented way to help us generate fundraising revenue just by asking the general public to do something they do every day already... searching the internet. With all the power of the Yahoo! search engine at your fingertips, you simply perform your usual internet searches using the tools that we provide to generate funds. These funds can then go to helping our organisation to continue to provide facilities, advice and support deprived local musicians, young and old.
But if there's no cost involved where does the money come from?
- Yahoo! search participates in a global search advertising market worth over £30 billion per annum.
- As with all search engines, companies pay an advertising fee when users click on links during their internet searches.
- Yahoo! receives its share from the advertising fee, then we split the remaining revenue 50-50 with your chosen organisation.
