Come and join us for a luxury weekend of Modern Soul, fabulous food and fine wine, at the glorious Cortevecchia Farm Resort, in the Italian sunshine.

Terry Jones and Frank Giaconne are delighted to have the opportunity to invite you once again to Tuscany for Village Soul Italia 3. This unique event will be held once again at the wonderful Cortevecchia Farm, deep in the heart of picturesque Tuscany, in the fabulous Italian countryside. This year, the event takes place over the weekend of September 18/19/20 2009.  For those lucky enough to have been with us last year, there is obviously no need to sing the praises of the venue, and for those of you who will be joining us for the first time, you have a real treat in store. 

The cost of this wonderful 3 night weekend will be the same as last year - 320 Euros pp 

Listed below, is what you will get for your money:

- Transfer from Pisa, Rome - Ciampino or Rome - Fiumicino Airports to Cortevecchia.

There is also an easy train option now from Pisa, if you prefer not to wait for the coach: The cost is 13 Euros and details are below:

Take the train from Pisa Airport (platforms are to the left out of arrivals) to Pisa Centrale, which takes 4 minutes. On arrival, cross over to the next platform and take the Rome train, and get off at Grosseto. We can arrange for you to be picked up by mini bus from there. The train takes 1hr 40 minutess to get to Grosseto. It’s then just 40 minutes to Cortevecchia by road from there. I did it last year and it is a trouble free way to go, and it saves you waiting for others to arrive if you’re early. I got the 10.40am train last year and was having a drink on the terrace at Cortevecchia at 1pm

+ Full accommodation for Friday, Saturday & Sunday night.

+ Brunch Saturday, Sunday & Breakfast on Monday (Brunch usually 8am - 2pm - Breakfast 7.30am - 11.30ish - I will confirm all times)

+ Evening meal Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (usually 8pm - 11.30pm, again I will confirm times)

+ 2 - 3 glasses of wine from the estate with your evening meal (although those of you who attended the previous 2 two events will know that the wine never stopped coming )

+ 2 All-nighters on Friday & Saturday from 11.30pm until 6am, like last year we'll start earlier if necessary and finish later if necessary.

+ 2 poolside sessions (weather permitting, if not they will be held inside) from 12 - 6 on Saturday & Sunday afternoon

+ Sunday night session after dinner, until 2am, unless demand for later finish is warranted, remembering we all have to leave the following day (well most of us)

+ Monday transfer back to your chosen airport from the options.

What I need from you:

Deposit of 100 Euros pp should be paid by the end of May – beginning of June, by Credit Card (Click HERE for Booking Form).  If you would like me to handle your booking, please forward your details to me (teejay4soul@aol.com

Once you have paid your deposits, please forward to me by e-mail, the names of people you have booked for, so that I can sort the accommodation. Sometime in the future, I will need your flight details, including airport, arrival time and departure time, if you need a transfer. 

Aim to arrive at your chosen airport whether by plane, or if already in Italy before the Friday, around midday on Friday, but no later than 2.30 - 3pm, and aim to depart either late afternoon or evening on Monday.  Please note; there will be no early morning transfers on Monday. 

Please remember the farm is in the heart of Tuscany and the coach journey takes approximately 3 hours through the spectacular Italian countryside.

Once I have received word that you have paid your deposit, I will confirm your attendance and allocate accommodation. The earlier you book, the sooner I can allocate your accommodation. If you have been before and would like the same room, please get your deposit paid as soon as you can and I will be happy to accommodate where possible.

The next step for you all, will be to pay the 225 Euro balance of your payment, this should be done by no later than mid August, or whenever you want to pay it before then.  Once you have paid in full, please e-mail me once again.
